| They're great! High in fat, just like we should be striving for in induction. Just be sure they're not honey garlic or marinated in sugar. |

| You can make chicken wings with a butter and hot sauce for coating after frying, they taste awesome.

| Wings are absolutely one of my comfort foods. They are absolutely Induction friendly. If you feel the need to bread, grated parmesan is a Induction safe breading. 1/2 cup Frank's Hot Sauce, tabasco, 1 packet Splenda, and 3 TBS butter is the best recipe I have for sauce.
