I just finished my 2 week induction and am excited that I have lost 9 pounds! I'm in the 120's again!

WooHOoooooo!

My advice is that you move into OWL phase since you are within 10-15 pounds to your goal weight.

Thank you, everyone! I had planned on staying in induction another week, but I'm going to move into OWL after all. Up the rungs I go, starting with more veggies.
I don't think I could have done it without the support of the board, my journal, and reading the tips on what to do when one feels like cheating.
