Not Bad for 5 days!

I'm currectly on day 5 of my second time around on Atkins. At first I was freakin' out a bit because TOM showed up early so I was having to handle that the day after I started induction. Its hard enough to handle craving sugar while on the first days alone, but with TOM its even tougher( I jumped up 3 or 4 lbs on day 2 cause of it grr!)
But Even with all that mess to deal with, so far *drum roll* I've lost 8 lbs in 5 days! No difference in appearance yet obviously, MUCH is water weight i'm sure. But it sure is nice to know that, when I was expecting much of a wooshie due to the bad timing. Yay for me!

and just to put that in prespective for you that is almost a gallon of water if it was all water and you know how big those gallon jugs are you you got inches lost too.
