Mission Induction Complete!

Today I have officially completed my induction period and lost 4 pounds. I was so excited to wake up to check my weight but was disappointed when I saw the results. I know, I know, everyone loses at a different pace but I can't help but wonder if I was doing something wrong during this time. I stuck to the guidelines and excercised daily but my results were low. I guess 4 pounds is better than no pounds. I plan on staying on induction for a little while longer until I get bored of it, at least. I really don't mind eating this way. I'll be moving to extended induction with the hope that I will lose another 4 pounds

Are you kidding you lost 16% of the weight you needed to lose that is like 23 pounds for somebody like me when i started.

Keep reading and answering the questions in chapter 13 so you will know when it is time to move to OWL for you. remember the first rung of OWL is just more of theose yummy induction veggies so fear not when you do decide to move.
