| As long as you are not going over your vegis you should be fine. Milk is not on the induction list but cream is. As for the coffee or tea, some people stall with caffine, you may want to try decaf. Cheese should be limited to 3 oz daily How much water are you drinking?

| Sounds like you've got a handle on things...but the best way to know for sure is to get a free account at www.fitday.com and see what the numbers look like. It'll calculate your total carbs and the chart will let you easily subtract the fiber so you know what your net carbs are. | Curious as to the 3oz limit of cheese, Laurenfra. Dr. Atkins said 3-4oz of cheese, and there are days that extra oz of cheese is a lifesaver
