| Hmmm...I wish I had that problem. I'm usually quite hungry on this diet. Renee

| Yes, there is such a thing as eating too little...but for now, don't stress out about that. I find that I can have a 'hungry' day, where I feel bottomless, and then I can have a 'full' day, where I need to remind myself to eat. If this goes on for days at a time, then you worry...but for now, just do what you are doing: monitor yourself, and eat something every five or six hours or so. Keeping in mind one of the major goals of Atkins, you may want to have little snackies every three hours to keep your blood sugars on an even keel. Even if it's a boiled egg here, a few pieces of cheese or some ham rollups there...just so you are fueling your body and not setting yourself up for a low blood sugar episode. |

| Girl, I have that same problem. I can never remember to eat. I'm just not hungry. Listen to Moochie, she's a pro at this. It;s funny, b/c people post "What's for breakfast/lunch/dinner" posts, and they can give you really good ideas. I found that sometimes, I'd remember a few days later craving what I had read about. Maybe it will help you too. OHHH and you have GOT to make some breakfast "muffins". They are soooo handy to have around. I lived off of them and deviled eggs for like 3 days when I couldn't hardly remember to eat. Good Luck!!!

| Never go more than 6 waking hours without eating. Even if it's just a "snack", you should try to make a conscious effort to eat. I know that sounds weird, especially since some of us ate constantly or are used to diets where we feel hungry all the time. So if you aren't hungry by hour 6, at least eat something, even if it's a hard boiled egg. Eat.

| I actually have my cell phone alarm set to go off every five hours between the time I wake up and the time I go to bed to remind me to eat. I screwed my body up fairly badly when I was younger in regards to eating and now I just don't get hungry anymore. Instead, my mind registers the feeling of hunger as feeling like I'm sick to my stomach, which makes me not able to eat at all. That's one of the wonderful thing about Atkins for me...I HAVE to eat, even when I'm not hungry. It's the only thing that has helped me lose weight. The more I eat, the more I lose ![]() Anyways, there are so many days when I just feel like I have to force feed myself, but I make sure I do it when my alarm goes off. It's when I skip the eating time that my weight stops going down. Even if it's just a slice of turkey or a slice of cheese (although I've stopped the cheese right now because I've found it makes my weight loss hesitate) I make sure I eat. If I feel like I can't eat a meal, I just have a snack. When I feel like I can have a meal, I eat what I think would satisfy my hunger. (Along with not feeling hungry, I don't have a "full" feeling, either. Yes, I royally screwed myself with my eating disorder as an early teen) Long story short, if it's time to eat, eat. If you feel like you can't eat more than just a snack, EAT THAT SNACK! You NEED to eat at least every six waking hours for your body to burn the fuel!
