| Yeppers, the pee thing gets better after a while. It's a bit of a bother but it all calms down after a while. I used to think of it as eliminating the fat from my body every time I went for a pee! Yes, you can have flaxseed oil...I would do either the flax or the oil...probably too much for your system to do both. If you find you are constipated, and you feel that you are very ready to have a bowel movement but your body just isn't co-operating, then try a glycerine suppository. They work within 15 minutes and there's no worry about carb count....just make sure you are close to the bathroom! |

| Thanks Moochie......So glad to hear it will calm down, I was beginning to worry cause been like this since I got on since Nov. 29th . Ok gotcha on the flaxseed and suppository. Ohhhh and you look Marvelous girl, what a difference in the pictures! Chrissy |

| Hey, yeah, I know what you mean about number 2...I think you are allowed to take some pysillam husks to help with that (that's what metamecil is made of). Not sure taking flaxseed oil will help with the problem (although flaxseed oil is very good for your lipids). Flaxseeds, however, will help alot, because of their fibre content.
