| You know what? My bf weighs 118 and his favourite snack of choice is broccoli and cheese and has been for years! When I first hung out with him I thought that was so weird, but his normal diet is very Atkinsy, so with me eating this way, he's not been feeling deprived at all. Try that trick where you cut it all small...I find that really works for me. |

| Be sure to count that broccoli as part of your daily veggie allowance.

| Oh I know I count it as part of my daily allowance. My mom is making cabbage, corned beef and potatoes for dinner. OF course I wont eat the potatoes but grr I think the calories for that are outrageous. I looked it up and its like 500-650 calories per serving. i've never eaten it before so does any body know if its good or not? i dont want to eat it and waste some calories on something i dont like. |

| I've eaten corned beef and cabbage....I had no problems...spciy mustard..... I also like cabbage and onion and sausage fried up with some grated cheese. You can replace sausage for bacon. Good stuff
