| Decaf is ok but coffee does have some carbs - so use fitday.com to help you keep track. Be careful if you use cream and sweetener as these are limited and after your 1st cup or 2 of coffee be sure to drink your daily water before having any more because you don't want to replace it with coffee - it just doesn't flush your body like water does.

| Sometimes it helps to completely switch off the coffee habit and go with an herbal tea - something like Yogi brand which you can usually find at a health food store - I like Detox - it has a very distinctive flavor and there's nothing illegal in it!
