| 9lbs is excellent for the amount you have to lose. Congratulations! I'm staying on an extended (slightly modified) induction. I try to keep to 30 carbs per day. I began with 150lbs to lose and have shed 27lbs now (14 weeks). You are so right, it is so easy, and I'm never hungry.

| woo hoo Chrissy weigh to go. moved to 100erland And doing extended induction. keep looking at chapter 13 and retaking the quiz. When you are ready to move to OWL remember all OWL will be is more of those induction veggies for the first rung. Analog6 here on ADBB you are doing modified OWL not induction nor extended induction with your carbs more then 20. We don't like to confuse folk so desisions were made as to what to call things. Happy low carbing.

| You lost 9 pounds and your goal is to lose 65 pounds, right? Considering that a person typically will lose 5 to 10% of their desired amount in the first two weeks, you are way past the max, which would be 6.5 pounds! Look on page 158 of DANDR to see where you are on the Metabolic Resistance scale. Also, give this a read so you know what may or may not happen in the next few weeks. http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5090 And keep up the good work! |
