| You're welcome, you're welcome. Think nothing of it, really. Well, you can if you wish. I've heard from the Leprechaun down the way that you're working his luck charm for the test. Good luck to you child! |

| Congratulations on your loss so far!! As to not having time to make breakfast in the morning, can you prepare something in the evenings to put in the fridge and collect on your way out? Some people make a bunch of Pau's breakfast quiches which are filling and a good balance of fat/protein/carbs and easy to eat on the go. Here is the recipe Induction breakfast ... for a change If I dont have the ingredients or the time to make those I often just roll up some ham slices with cheese slices and put them in an airtight container and take them with a few cherry tomatoes if I can't eat before I go out. Really any 'leftovers' from the day before are good for breaking your fast - which we ought to do within an hour or so of getting up to get our metabolism started on that fat-burning!!

Now all I have to worry about now is my Culinary Arts(It is about breads, pies, cookies, safety, sanitation, blah, blah) test tomorrow. From what I have heard it is also easy.
