I am here to report that after kicking and screaming, b1tching and moaning, and everything in between, I have restarted today. Today will be my last first day! I even exercised! Yep, I did Slim in 6...and it hurts.... Oh yea, I feel the burn!!!

I just wanted to let you guys know that I am back, and better than ever! I am GOING to succeed. My health is in my hands and I WILL take control. This weight isn't going to just walk of my body. It's going to be hard work. Anything worth appreciating is.

Oh yea, and Chris if you are reading this....you were right. I DO make excuses. I did on Monday. Well, not today! Today is a new day. A better day. Today is the day I put all of the garbage behind me and move on!!!!!**Yoly** Today is the day I make it. I will make it worthwhile, and I will remember this as the first day of the rest of my life. Thanks for being there for me everyone....even when I gave up, you guys didn't and I can't expain how great that feels. I love you all!!!
