| I make my own decaf flavored teas. High in antioxidants and carb free as long as you don't use sweetener. I'm in the same boat as you with water but found once I made sure I was getting my required amount and treating myself to tea, I evenually forgot to make tea and seemed to be just happy with water. I used to HATE water....

| yep find a bottled water you like that isd carb free and sweetner free and drink after a few weeks of just having water you will be amazed at how much you really like it. Temp effects flavor so experiment and find the temp of water you enjoy the most too.

| I've dieted before and actually worked in a restaurant that served 24 different brands of bottled water. I've tested. There are times that I lke water but I need some flavor. Thanks though.

| Just make sure you drink your minimum of 64 fluid ounces plus 8 more ounces for every 25 pounds you want to lose of PLAIN water (no flavours or sweeteners) as mandatory parts of your new way of eating along with your mandatory Atkins exercise and treat the other flavoured types you prefer as extra drinks.

| The way I always viewed water is it was like exercise. The weight was not going to come off without it. So just drink it quick and get over with. In time, it becomes a habit that you just do without much thinking about it, so like exercise, find one you absolutely don't hate and then make the best of it.

| Some people put a lemon slice(dont squeeze) or a slice of cucumber in their water.

| I actually do drink my water. I drink 10 glasses. 3 morning 4 mid day 3 night. So no need to chastise me there Thanks though I went to the supermarket last night and started to make my own no caffiene, no carb, no sugar, no asapartame drinks.
