| Everyone seems to have their own unique experiences with Induction from all the changes that have happened in their diet. I found that I slept even better because a LOT of my aches and pains disappeared (probably due to being properly hydrated for the first time in my life) Some folks find they have a surplus of energy....everyone is different. As with anything, if this goes on for a long time, talk with your doctor. |

But, I don't feel tired during the day either. So as long as I feel good during the day I'm not going to worry about it. I've talked to others who have the same problem and they say it's normal.

| When I did induction, I had a slightly different situation. I would wake up every hour and have to go to the toilet!! Talk about your water loss! But then again I did weigh 473 pounds! Now that I am doing Atkins for a while, I find I don't require as much sleep as I used to.

| Thanks! Now, I know that it is okay. I went back to sleep for today. |
