| Yeah I have a mens one a day but I used to take the Atkins stuff. Should I go out and buy that junk? Does it actually make a difference?

| I would say use your best judgement. The reason for the "no iron" is....... Iron is the one mineral that your body cannot pass. Iron is used during growth and when losing blood. That is when it is important to replenish it. Otherwise, if you have too much it can act as a free radical in your body. When eating the Atkins way we take in sufficient amounts of iron. That said, when I started (llllooonnngggg ago) I used up what I had left of my regular vitamins as I refused to waste them.. typical me.

| Welcome Lupie, your in for a great adventure. The price of supplements now adays I think I would also finish them off, but becareful cause to much iron isn't healthy.
