| fro the one you listed the ingredients for as long as you count your carbs and make sure at least 1/2 of them come from your 3 cups of veggies and you stay under 20 net carbs your sauce should be fine eating it but msake sure you know how your body reacts to them and if you get cravings even though they are legal stop using them.

| Hey Wise! If you like spicy sauces you might try Salsa Brava by La Victoria - it's 0 carbs, no sugars. I use it to make taco salads all the time, just brown the meat and add the sauce along with spices like cumin, paprika, garlic powder and red pepper flakes, and some extra hot sauce if you like. It's great over lettuce with some cheese and sour cream.
