| I think you'll be OK Just count the 6 carbs as part of your 20. I wouldn't make it a habit tho. |

| No, but you have to share. I love muester cheese. The problem with any cheese, unfortunately is that it does have a tendency to stall folks if they eat to much of it. |

| you never start over you just pick up the pieces and more on with your Atkins Induction isn't punishment for cheating it is a tool and only a tool for getting to ketosis once you have startd your Atkins. so you should still be in ketosis and able to go right from where you are. happy low carbing.
