| I think its just where you arent running as much and your stamina is down. Keep up the good work Im working towards trying to run myself but with asthma I have to pace myself and adjust to walking for now. Good work!!!!

| CONGRATS! I hate running. I have always hated it since I was a little kid in gym class and my workouts are far more low key and less jiggly for the most part. My hatred only makes me far more in awe of you. Again, good work!

| I JUST got back from running. I ran for 90 min ... and i hadn't run in like 4 months... Probably because I kept up with my cardio at home. I realized how much I love it... It's such a thrill... And Im definitely getting back to it... but i need new running shoes... > Kanita. |

| good for you guys. long distance running can use any fuel to make the ATP molecules used for energy by the cells and fats carbon for cabon give you more energy then carbs do Also we can carry a bigger supply of fats in body storage fto be converted to those ATP molecules then we can glucose in organs and muscles. When carbby runners run out of carby fuel their body switches to fats for fuel and since they haven't been training on burning fats for fuel they hit the wall. Getting your second wind during a carby fueled run is when your body got the fats for fuel process up to energy required speed. Aren't y'all glad eating Atkins you have skipped that potential bonking point?
