5 pounds, is it really true?

So, i scale cheated!!! I know i was suppose to wait until day 14 and i was already too, but then i was eyeing the scale and it was calling my name(really it was). And i told myself, i said self, if you havent lost anything yet its ok, it's only the middle of day 3. So i jump on and couldnt beleive my eyes. 5 pounds!!!!!! water weight i know, but 5 whole pounds lost in 2 and a 1/2 days? is it possible? really? this is better than a miracle pill. Well, im beside myself with joy. That gave me the most motivation than anything(all of you help too!!). Seeing results really helps. I know i can do this, and i know everyone here can. I wish Dr. Atkins was around so i could kiss him, ha!!(I'll catch up with him in heaven) That man was a genius!!!

Thanks moochiecat, i did read have read your post in the past. I know that this is just water weight and my weight will go up and done as i continue through my induction. I'm putting the scale up tomorrow. But it was also a motivation tool, that yes indeed this is workin and i need to keep going. I can see how people will get excited then when they stop losing freak out and think this WOE isnt working for them anymore. We'll see how it goes for me, but nomore weigh ins till my 14 days are up(january 26th) If you see me post another weigh in, i give you permission to scold me lol . Thanks for you support!!
