| I buy it from the bulk food section in the grocery store (I'm frugal!!) and I've had the brown and the golden and I think the brown has a nuttier flavour. |

| I've bought a few different kinds of flax meal, just depending on what the store had. They were all good, but because I bought them so far apart I don't really remember a taste difference. If I had to choose, I'd probably go with the cheapest one, just cuz I'm broke! lol I do go with the meal as opposed to the seeds so I don't have to grind them. I bought the seeds the first time because I didn't realize the difference and it was just more work that I didn't need.

| I'll keep the seeds in the fridge and grind up about a cup or two at a time, use that, then grind some more. I can't be bothered grinding up only a few TBS's at a time and I like things being ready when I want to use them. I store it in a mason jar in the fridge as well. It takes just a minute or two and cleanup is pretty quick. |

| I get ground flax seed so that I can use it in recipes. I incorporate it in many different things as well, like homemade low-carb granolas, 4% cottage cheese & berries, shakes - yum!! Great way to throw in an extra 4-8 grams of fiber.
