| Is your coffee regular or decaf? Caffeine can slow weight loss. How much salad greens are you eating? It sounds like it possibly may be just a little too much for induction. How much of those grilled onions? You may want to post what you're eating and the amounts down on the Review My Menu board.

| I would watch teh amounts of onions,. cheese, and what type of cheese, and the non dairy creamer... I use divinci syrup occasionally with splenda and heavy cream( not daily though) |
