| I ate nothing bad, I just forgot to eat my veg's....lol...but as it turns out I ended up staying up real late an getting munchies so i had my veggies...I am not sure if its good to eat that late but it sure felt better then tatter chips:P |

| You're allowed up to 3 cups a day for la ensalada! Any veggies that are on the wallet sized induction list will do!! If you don't get your veggies, umm, major pain! Well, that's how it is for me anyhow because I get pained easily, and it hurts!!!! And welcome back to the new way of life! I know you won't mess up this time!! I'm rooting for you!!!! |
