| I think I have to go with cauliflower, not mashed, but with a little bit of sour cream and cheddar cheese on top. But I also love broccoli, spaghetti squash, onions, green peppers, turnips (which I just discovered recently), creamed spinach . . . I could go on and on. And that's before you even add in some of the fantastic veggies higher on the rungs.

| I would have to say broccoli, I can eat it raw, steamed, or with some cheddar cheese. I also have been eating cauliflower, had both steamed last night with some ground beef. Worked out pretty well.... |
