| When choosing a snack, think in terms of combining a protein with a fat. It'll satisfy you quicker and sustain you longer. Think chicken strips with some ranch or blue cheese dressing to dip them in. A piece of cheese wrapped in a piece of deli meat. Devilled eggs. Chop some pepperoni/celery/cheese/radish into small cubes and snack on a bowl of that. |

| Dr. A. says if your hungry eat...Low Carb of course some suggestions: 10 green olives 10 black olives celery w/cream cheese in it or tuna, shrimp, chicken, egg salad stuffed in it of course a hard boiled egg or deviled egg some bacon strips some sausage strips cheese 2-3 ounces per day limit on induction though pepperoni chip (you can microwave them too) Protein... a chicken drumstick...slices of any meat you had for dinner... the list is endless..............
