Generally, if a veggie is sweet you know it has natural sugars in it and it's very likely it's something you should eat sparingly, if at all, when you are in Induction. Like carrots.
If it's a green leafy, something like bok choy, or cabbage, or celery-like, then I'm pretty sure it's fine.
I'd pick the carrots out, go easy on the onions, and make sure the sauce didn't have any sugars or starches in it as chinese food is notorious for being full of those. |
