I need some more information.

How much water are you drinking?

Are you still on induction? If so, you went over your veggies by 1/2 cup. You are allowed to have 2 cups of the salad-type veggies. The green beans are the other veggies. You could have had 2 cups of your salad veggies and 1 cup of your green beans. What I read is you had 3 cups of salad veggies and 1/2 cup of green beans.

Are you drinking anything else besides water? I see you state you are drinking tea, is it decaf?

Maybe your scale is broken! Are you sure it is registering correctly?

Please, take your measurements. A lot of times the scale may not show the loss but the inches are going going!!

You state that you feel better. In my opinion, yes its working!

Good luck to you. I look forward to watching you shrink.

We are supposed to get the majority of our carbs from veggies, so 'cutting carbs' means you might be losing valuable nutrients and fiber by passing the veggies over. Remember these are good carbs we are taking in, and not to be feared. Legal veggies will not make you fat and they will help with your digestion as well, so don't be shy to keep your carbs up near the 20 level.

Default Re: frustrated, no loss

Several things jump outfrom your fitday
you are getting 7 carbs from your dressingthat is way too much for 2T
you are missing a whole cup of veggies.
Cream does come with a warning from Dr Atkins in DADNR chapter 11 specail catagory foods about how it can effect weight loss for some and if it does they need to remove it until a later time in their Atkins.

As Moochie said 1/2 your carb total has to befrom your veggies per Dr Atkins in DANDR so if you only have lettuce and beans then the rest of your carb count will be extremely limited to under 7.

You have also been upping your exercise so your muscles are thinking something is attacking you anddoing everything thay can to protect you should that attacker return. When they learn that new load you are placing on them is their normal load they will release the fluids they have stored andyou will get a whoosh.

How are your inches doing?
I;msure your DA and DAs are tekking you the samething we are. remember induction is 14 days keep fixing your Atkins anddoing your workouts and on day 15 you should be getting a great big reward fromyour tapemeasure even if your scales aren't validating all the hard work you are doing.

*blinks* As your DS I must say I'm surprised by this. For one thing, no scales until after boot camp. Come discuss on your teams thread too!

Thank you for answering my post
Ill answer your queations.

I need some more information.

How much water are you drinking? No less then 96 oz a day, I try for more

I am in Boot camp. I didnt think I had more, But I will double check all the measurements now.

Are you drinking anything else besides water? I see you state you are drinking tea, is it decaf? Yes I drink nothing else. But water and tea. Today I drank hot lemon water no sugar. instead of tea

Maybe your scale is broken! Are you sure it is registering correctly? I had one scale and I knew it wasnt ok, bought a new one, that one broke (said it was ok to 330) It wasnt and now this one, i cant seem to get pass 321.

Please, take your measurements. A lot of times the scale may not show the loss but the inches are going going!!
I did. when should I check again.

You state that you feel better. In my opinion, yes its working!
im also celaic, do you think that could casue a weight loss go slow?

Good luck to you. I look forward to watching you shrink.

Thank you
sandi
