| The amount that makes you feel too full, or the amount that makes you to full to eat your veggies. Got to fitday.com and input your foods there. You want to have your carbs, fats, and proteins some thing like 5%, 35%, and 60% I think. TJ

| I think it's 65% fat, 30% protein, and 5% carbs, but TJ's got the right idea... I don't eat any more meat than I used to. It's most important to get your veggies in, but just have some meat with them or as a snack. My typical meal is around 4oz meat and a cup of veggies.
