| That is great news. Dry mouth and excessive thirst are signs that you are in ketosis. That means you are burning fat instead of stored carbs for energy. You are losing weight continuously now. When your body burns fat, it generates waste products that are excreted in your urine. That makes you thirsty. Try drinking at least the 64 oz plus an additional 8 for every 20 pounds you are over goal. I drink around 100 oz a day at least, but I'm still thirsty from time to time. GREAT WORK! |

| haha, that is so funny, Here i was going What the **** is wrong with me....cause it is INSANE! specially when I wake up, well that is good...so this is one of those pain in the *** things that are oh so good. Possitive thing is I can drink more water now. infact i need to every couple min cause I am not used to this what so ever. I am glad I didnt go to the doc over this one |

| Could it be you are eating salty foods before bedtime? If you find your mouth is dry and your fingers are stiff it could be from that as well. |

| no i dont like salt....much...eat it with breakfast and lunch tops. (on cucumbers, which i never eat with dinner) my fingers are feeling normal, it has been going on since morning of day 4, never ever have i had dry mouth...plus this is an all day matter, like never stops being dry. |

| i was actually just wondering what all the dry mouth was about too. i drink 10-12 glasses of water daily (and i've never been much of a water drinker before) and i always wake up dry mouthed. |
