| Bacon. full fat cheeses like Gouda, cheddar etc. Add a teaspoon of olive oil or butter to your steamed veggies or meat. or heck, if ya love butter, eat it as is, a teaspoon or so. Eat the skin on chicken breast instead of pitching it. Fuller fat cuts of beef like ribeye etc instead of the lean roasts.

| First of all... there is a search function, it's up at the top blue bar. You can do a "Quick Search" or "Advanced Search". Are you plugging your food into fitday? If you're eating from the induction list, your ratios should be pretty close (one of the points of the induction list!). You might try posting a menu here too so we can see if there's anything you're eating that you shouldn't be or if you're missing anything. If you like eggs, try eating them, they have great fat/protein/carb ratios. Like you said, frying in butter, adding mayo or salad dressing, etc. You don't need to cut the fat off of your meats. Hopefully that helps a little bit... |

| remember it takes very little fat to alter the ratios. if you use fitday try back adding one tablespoon of butter to yester day and watch the ratios change fat goes up protein and carbs go down cause it it based on the type of food cal divided by the total cals. since you only increaseed fat cals every thing else has to go down even though you didn't have any less of them.
