| You don't have to eat eggs for breakfast. In fact, you don't have to eat eggs at all. Breakfast can be whatever Atkins "legal" food you want it to be. Just remember to eat combinations of fats, proteins, and carbs and you'll be okay.

| i just had my dinner which was sooo lovely and so filling.. i stir fried some turkey stir fry strips with some olive oil, added some garlic salt, grilled some bacon til it was frazzled and crispy and then chopped it into pieces, added to that the turkey and 3 spoons of mayo and had it on top of roquette salad.. such a nice warm filling meal!

| Just finished my eggies! I love eggs..... That DOES sound yummy scotsgirly! (((((bamamom))))) GOOD FOR YOU GIRL!!! You are doing awesome! Great job with being so detemined and also for not eating those foods! That's great!!!

| it can be really difficult to be good when you are in an enviroment where there's so much forbidden food. i am visiting my parents this weekend and as soon as i walked in the door after a 5 hour drive i noticed a box of HUGE oatmeal raisin cookies. i really would have liked to have had one. i just told myself that cookies (esp ones that are bigger than your fist) never did anything good for anyone except cookie manufacturers. i fixed myself a small salad and a big glass of water and felt very virtuous. |

| YAY for YOU!!!! Sweets are my down fall (UP on the scale fall) and resisting the temptation for any is so hard! I am proud of you... just being in that situation is so hard!!!

| I just made 1 sirloin patty with 1 fried egg and an ounce of cheddar cheese. I wrapped it all together in a couple of cabbage leaves. MMMMMMMM. Oh yeah, I added a teaspoon of mayonaise peppered with onion powder, as if my meal didn't have enough fat LOL! |

| For dinner I made crawfish tail meat in a cream sauce of sorts (made from sour cream, heavy cream, parmesan cheese) and served it over cabbage "noodles". It was incredibly good, I was very surprised. My snack tonight.... queso panela (mexican frying cheese).
