Quoted from another post: Cream is listed with 2 different amounts in the Induction acceptable Foods List. It's listed under "Beverages" with a 2-3 tablespoon amount and it's listed under "Special Category Foods" with a 3 fluid ounces amount. The Special Category foods has a warning that says these foods might cause weight loss problems and might need to be avoided during the 2 week Induction. Soooo, if you use 3 ounces of cream daily and you aren't losing weight/inches, you may need to cut back on the cream. The 2-3 tablespoon amount is most likely the "safe limit" the majority of us can take without weight loss problems. By the way, cream has carbs and those carbs must be counted towards your daily carb count. The different creams.... Cream is not 100% fat. The different creams (heavy AKA heavy whipping cream, light AKA light whipping cream AKA whipping cream, AKA table cream AKA coffee cream) have different fat % content.
