| Only water counts as water...you can put a slice of lemon or cucumber in it to freshen it up if you like. You need to drink 64 ounces of water, PLUS an additional 8 ounces for each 25 pounds you want to lose. Aspartame is not allowed (refer to DANDR for the list of allowable sweeteners). Since we are limited to 3 servings of sweeteners a day, you would only be able to drink 3 servings worth if the drink was sweetened with a legal sweetener. Again, only water counts as water. |
