| Welcome Shane. Good breakfast! Be sure and read all the stickys at the top of the forum. Come hang out at the ADBB when you have questions or need support. Many, many people here have found success on Atkins. Stick to the foods on the acceptable foods list so that your body will go into Ketosis. Once you have been in Ketosis for a few weeks it just much, much easier to do. You can do this! ![]() |
