| The way that we speak to ourselves is extremely important on this WOL. Be supportive and kind to yourself. Rather than affirm it is difficult, tell yourself that it is easy. And it is easy. Once you are firmly in ketosis, you will naturally prefer to live the Atkins lifestyle. 3 cups of veggies isn't enough veggies to be concerned about. The time will come shortly when you will look forward to the first rung of OWL so that you can add more veggies. You don't have much weight to lose. After induction, and after you are in ketosis, you may want to switch to owl right away. |
