| I use fitday pc to enter the whole recipe and then when I eat a portion I work out how much of the whole recipe I am eating. So I enter that I am eating a quarter or 6th of the recipe depending on how many servings it makes. On www.fitday.com I used to enter all the ingredients on a new day and then use the totals to make a 'custom food' entry ot use the same way. Hope this helps
