| Congratulations on the success so far... Good job on the losses and knowing the source of your headaches.

| Hi Shane... As long as you are eating all the food that you are supposed to on the acceptable foods list you are doing it right. Of course drink all the water you are supposed to too and thats great to hear that you haven't built up a soda habit. Do stay away from the scale and don't use it as a way to measure your success. It is entirely possible to go down sizes on Atkins and not show movement on the scale. . Do not weigh again until you have reached day 14 of induction. Be sure to take your tape measurements. If you haven't done so yet, read the 2002 DANDR and all the stickys at the top of this forum. Great information there. No one can wing this way of life. There is just too much information to learn and know. Headaches and other symptoms of induction flu are normal the first week. They will pass and you will feel great. You are giving your body permission to do what it wants to do. Keep going! |
