| Good luck on your new WOL!! Today is day #14 for me, and I ate one of those Slim Fast Carb Control bars on my first day (that was before I found ADBB), and haven't touched a Franenfood since! I don't think that one time will hurt, but I have been clean since and have lost 12 pounds so far. I am going to weigh myself tommorow on Day 15 and see where I am at. I have lost inches, I can tell in my clothes and my face looks thinner. Try the mock danish if you get a sweet tooth, it works for me!

| Yeah, to me it's important to follow the rules of induction first. If there is an ingredient in the product that's not on the acceptable food list for induction, don't eat it! |
