| Thank you everyone!!! I will post my fitday, if I can figure it out. I did make it public, but I am not sure how to post a link. Here is a what I ate for breakfast. 3 egg omlete 4 strips sugar-free bacon 2 cheese slices 1/2 cup mushrooms 3 large glasses of water so far today I keep a bowl of boiled eggs in the fridge for a quick snack, I am usually hungry after working out and don't feel like cooking! When I feel like I need something sweet, I have a mock danish (if I have the cheese allowance left). I think I will stay on Induction for one more week, and see how I feel. I am not bored with my food choices, and I am a little nervous about OWL. I was reading DANDR last night trying to decide, and I think one more week will be good. Thanks everone here, and if I can do it, YOU can do it!!!!

Oh and one more thing .. don't fear moving on to OWL .. I know its normal to feel that way, but truly, all 4 phases work .. so when you're ready .. GO FOR IT! Betty
