| first congrats on the great job you are doiing if you lost 5 and had 25 to go then you lost already 20% of your total needed to lose weight and that is phenominal. Exercise will help shape you up and burn more fat too. there are no free foods on Atkins. all food counts toward feeding your hunger. Have some of your veggie carbs, some protein and some fat every time you feed your hunger. not hungry don't eat unless the 6 hr rule has been invoked and then just have a small snack of protein/fast with your vegies. Happy low carbing.
