You need to check the ingredients on any mayo (and other dressings) and compare them with the list of allowed foods for induction.
As Eleonore said, mayo made from eggs, spices and oil with no added sugar (or corn syrup or one of sugar's other aliases) would be perfect!

real mayo as in not a salad dressing or Mircle whip type as well. Those definetely contain sugar. I can't find a real mayo without sugar readily available in the stores here...all list sugar somewhere on the list you may check health food stores or You can make your own quite easily.

As far as I have found so far, hellmans full fat mayo is the lowest carb count.
