| Welcome back to our ADBB family Are you going to move through OWL and premaintenance after induction or just jump straight from induction to atkins for life menus? I have found very beneficial doing OWL as Dr Atkins suggested, as I have been able to see how the different foods affect me while still losing weight.

| My heart stopped for a second there. I thought you were going to say that you gained it all back! So good for you on maintaining, b/c that's tough to do without Atkins (just my opinion). I would do as Elizellen says and go through the OWL rungs and then onward. You will end up at the same place you were hoping to be last summer, but it will be much easier. Welcome back!

| Good job keeping the weight off! A very good by-product of doing *all* of the Atkins phases is that you understand what foods can affect your weight. I'm sure, even though you were eating "healthy" last year, you were either 1) eating something that reduced your chances of continued weight loss or 2) eating too many calories to sustain weight loss. This time around, try all the phases and then go back to your healthy diet. I'm sure you will have success in the long run. |
