 Re: Potatoe Starch in ingridients I'm sure it wouldn't be induction legal. Starch is starch after all, thus a carb and a sugar.

| Re: Potatoe Starch in ingridients No Potato starch is not allowed on induction. mastera78, always check all of the ingredients against the list of foods that are acceptable during induction. If its not on there, you are not allowed it. HTH Rich
