| Yes, treat the book like your life support system and stick with ADBB - there are no unwelcome questions..well almost Don't try to wing it! In other words, have legal food choices available at all times. Eat to satisfy your hunger and stop when you are comfortably full. Do a clean induction and you will not regret it when you see and feel the changes! Keep a journal here so we can chat and trade advice, stories etc. Happy Inductioning!
