| Good question! The only way I can see knowing that is if you get a body fat analysis done before you begin the diet and get another one done on Day 15. Did I get my body fat analysed before I began? Heck no! I barely wanted to step on a scale or take measurements before I began (didn't want to be depressed over the results I knew I would get).

Haha me neither!!! I knew pretty much my weight, but i felt so gross that i didn't even want to know!! I wish there was a way to tell at the end of this phase though how much weight loss was really a loss (i feel like water doesn't really count since you can just drink water and eat some salt and two minutes later you'll be heavier) |

Maybe we can persuade a new newbie to get a body fat analysis?
