| You really should stay away from the bars and shakes. We call them 'frakenfoods' on this board. They can cause craving and weight stalls. Its better to eat only healthy, fresh foods. I do know that in one of Dr. Atkins books he said only 2 servings a day, but he also said only use them if there are no other healthy things to eat. I lost 14 pounds on Induction, and I did it totally clean.

| I totally agree with Sunflowergrl! Try to work to break that 'sweet', dessert, treat habit, it takes a little time but honestly if you stop feeding that little sugar monster the cravings for sweets will diminish...and they really are empty calories. Good whole foods is the way to go! Take care!

| avoid anything with mythical magical noncounting counting carbs. FIber si the only thing that by definition goes in your mouth and comes out the other end unmetabolized and as such can't effect your fat burning weight loss. Happy low carbing
