| Seems a little light on veggies if I am looking at it correctly. Have you plugged in into www.fitday.com? Free account..BIG help for this way of eating! The chicken/apple sausagge..What is that? What are the carbs, etc?? I haven't heard of them before.

| Need more veggies! Eat real eggs! Not familuar with the chicken/apple sausage, if it has apples in it, then it should be avoided, or is it smoked with applewood? Others will have ideas for you too. |

| I knew that I need more veggies. So I went shopping last night and did so much better on the veggies for tonight and for snacks during the day. The chicken/apple sausage I made sure to check the carbs on that also. So as for today I think I did so much better. Thanks for the info. |

| Remember it's not just the carb count in foods, it's also the ingredients. Like, we can't eat ice cream on induction but only eat under 20 carbs of it. So, read the ingredient labels on foods (like your sausages) and make sure that they're on the acceptable food list for induction. |

| Ok now I think I did alot better yesterday here is what I had. Wednesday----- Breakfast: 1 cp. coffee (decaf) w/1 tsp heavey cream. 1 scrambled egg 2 slices of bacon Snack: handful of pork rinds 1/2cp cherry tomatos Lunch: 3 egg salad wrapped w/lettuce Snack: 1/2 cp mushrooms Dinner: 1 cp chopped steak 1 cp lettuce 10 olives 1 slice bacon 2 oz. grated cheese 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cp mushrooms WATER WATER WATER So please tell me I did better on this day. Thanks for all the advice. |

| Looks good, but I would eliminate the tomatoes for now. Also, bear in mind that cheese can stall weightloss in some folk. You're doing fine, though!! What about exercise?? Betty
