| Wow, that's so great and totally motivational for me!! I have been kind of frustrated but I was on day 7 yesterday...except that I found out my beef patties have been having corn flour added to their mixture!!! My heart is currently broken so I guess I'm sorta starting over...your success is really helping to make me feel more determined. What are you eating for the most part? I love spinach...but I'm always scared of overeating it bc I need my onions and tomatoes for my omelets! ![]() |

| ((Nervosia)) You will work it out! I'm sure you're eating much better than you had before, corn flour or no corn flour, so keep that in mind... What have I been eating? I guess these are the most common items: Breakfast: egg w/cheese plus celery or hunk of brie w/celery and decaf coffee with cream Snack: hard-boiled egg or sliced turkey w/mayo Lunch: burger with lettuce, cheese, and mayo or tuna salad Dinner: Sauteed spinach w/olive oil and sometimes mushrooms, and a protein (chicken, beef, or fish) Snack: splenda-based diet root beer with some cream in it and a few pork rinds... And, of course, water water water! I have had a hard time locating pumpkin or rhubarb, which would really solve my yummy dessert issues. Much success to you!
