| No, that is not allowed on Induction. Do you have the book? If not, there is a sticky with the allowed Induction food list. You must only eat foods off that list. Your carbs should be coming from your 2 cups veggies. You can have the bread later as you move up the OWL ladder.

| That is great!! Make sure you read the chapters on OWL when you move on, it is a little different. I am moving on to OWL rung 2 today, which is Dairy. I am so glad you are doing so well, please keep us posted.
