| Congratulations Tiffany for sticking to induction one week. Sounds like you are beginning to experience some of the wonders of ketosis, a repressed appetite, and the ability to give up carbage without conflict. Many Atkineers experience a wide variety of odd symptoms sliding into ketosis. But usually they fade quickly. I had a little froggie in the throat for awhile. I wouldn't worry about this symtom unless it goes on way too long. |

| Thank you so much! I will wait it out and see if the feeling goes away. But really, it's nothing compared to how great I already feel overall. Thanks again for the encouragement.
