| Hey, don't be down on yourself with what you didn't lose, focus of what you did lose!! You lost 8 pounds and you cheated, so that is pretty good. If you do the next few weeks cheat free I think you will be very happy. Be proud of yourself, that is 8 pounds gone!! Did you measure yourself? I bet you have lost inches, too.
